When Romain met Romain
The Bioteos project was initiated by Romain Baheux and Romain Dhenin. They met during their studies in engineering school and, after their apprenticeships in large companies, they noticed a lack of agility in terms of innovation.
Based on this experience and guided by their technical skills and environmental values, they decided to create BIOTEOS.
Romain Baheux, a graduate of Polytech Lille in engineering and holder of a master's degree in entrepreneurship, is responsible for production and technology. Romain Dhenin, also a graduate of Polytech Lille in engineering and holds an International Executive MBA, focuses on marketing and sales.
